What is an energy session like?
An energy session is a non-invasive, relaxed experience. We discuss you, what is going on in your body and your intentions for the session. You lie on a massage table, fully clothed with shoes off. I also create a personal energetic healing crystal grid for you which is placed under the massage table. I place my hands on energetic centers within your body moving from head to feet. If you are not comfortable with direct touch, I work off the body beaming energy to all energy centers. I intuitively find weak, stagnant or overactive energy imbalances and remove them to create a stable balance for you. When the energy work is completed, I discuss what I intuitively saw about your energy and what I energetically focused on to make changes in your body and its energy system.
